Bespoke Orders
Contact Eva via eva@evadennistextiles.com to specify the size of woven piece you are interested in.
Eva will arrange a meeting with you at her studio in London or on site to discuss preferences for the woven piece.
She will then create a quote for you- the quoted price will be inclusive of 1 small handwoven sample prototype. Any additional handwoven samples required will be subject to an additional fee of £250 each, which will be added to your invoice.
The project lead time depends on the size and complexity of the weaving. Eva will give you an estimated lead time with the quote.
If you wish to go ahead with the project, a 50% deposit is required before design and production starts.
Eva will email an invoice to you for payments. The first invoice will be for the deposit before production starts. The second invoice will be at the end of the project for the remaining balance. If applicable, it will include any travel fares to the site and extra woven samples.
Eva will keep you updated throughout design and production via email.
If you are giving Eva fabric to use in the woven artwork, you give her permission to cut up the material.
Each piece has a built in hanging system comprised of two painted wooden dowels. The dowels will be painted a colour to complement the woven textile. Depending on your preference, painted wooden pegs, or smaller pins will be provided for fixing the piece to the wall. Although Eva is unable to install the piece herself, she will provide installation instructions.
Due to the handwoven nature of the piece, there may be a variation by a few cms from the agreed dimensions.
Towards the end of production Eva will contact you about delivery or collection of the artwork.
Care Guidance:
Shake the piece gently to remove any dust.
Spot clean with a mild detergent and cool water. Leave to air dry.
Slight fading may occur if hung in bright, direct sunlight.
Weaving Workshops
Workshops are booked through the website through Stripe payment.
The workshops take place at Eva’s studio space in Bloomsbury Central London. This is a space within a larger shared studio and other craft makers may be in working. It is a friendly environment!
Workshop details and exact address will be emailed to you after booking.
The maximum workshop size is two people.
Workshop prices: £195.00 per person for a full day workshop, £80.00 per person for a taster workshop.
The minimum recommended age for the full day weaving workshops is 14 years old. Taster weaving workshops are suitable for 8 years and older. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please let Eva know via email if you are wanting to book for someone under the age of 18 to attend.
If you are unable to attend the workshop, please let Eva know as soon as possible. Refunds are not possible but Eva can reschedule the workshop to an alternative date.

Shipping
Small items such brooches and gift cards will be posted within 3 working days within UK with Royal Mail First Class Tracked Delivery. Eva will email you the tracking number after postage.
Larger pieces: If possible Eva will arrange delivery or collection in person. If this is not possible, your delivery fee will be calculated and added to your invoice. Eva will aim to send large pieces within 5 working days of invoice paid.
Outside of UK: Please email Eva if you want to purchase a piece or item you have seen on the website and Eva will email you an invoice. A delivery fee will be calculated depending on your location and added to your invoice. Tracking and a delivery day estimate will be provided after shipping. Please note, the buyer is responsible for any custom fees or taxes outside of UK.
Returns and Refunds: Delivery back to Eva’s studio must be arranged by the buyer. The item must be returned in a resellable condition before a refund can be issued.
