Irenie Studio X Eva the Weaver Blankets
Limited Edition Blankets
A collaborative project between Eva the Weaver, Irenie Cossey (On the Square,) and the Tweed Project.
These cosy mohair and merino wool blankets were designed by the Tweed Project and woven at Molloy & Sons in Ireland. Eva and Irenie then worked together to design a set of tactile embellishments for the blankets, inspired by the movements and paths of sheep across fields.
Using ribbons of dead-stock Kvadratt textiles and yarns in Irenie’s signature pop colours, Eva wove a collection of weavings and stitched them onto the blankets as a colourful overlay.
